This service will offer space to explore the practice of mindfulness on one to one basis to suits individual needs. Also, it will offer In-depth mindfulness reflective practice for those who are in regular practice and those who have completed group programs.
What is involved?
Mindfulness teacher will meet to discuss, design and practice mindfulness during these sessions to suit your individual needs. The duration of these sessions will be around 45 to 60 minutes with a minimum of 6 sessions or as required. s?
What do I learn?
The Intention of this program is to offer tailored made program for individuals. Some aspects that might be incorporated into one -one session: “Formal” Mindfulness Meditation: Body Scan Meditation, Body Movement Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Walking Meditation, etc.
Integrating practice into daily life. Deeping reflection in practice. To support taking care of self. To support current health challenges. Improving the overall quality of life. To nurturing qualities of practice such as kindness, Compassion, etc.

Individuals who have challenges attending group programs for whom the group environment is not suitable for various reasons such as different levels of practice, practical, health, and other reasons.
